Who Are We?
IT Investments, LLC, is a Pontiac, Michigan-based Real Estate acquisition and redevelopment firm that concentrates on helping the Owners of physically and/or financially distressed properties throughout Michigan. Comprised of long-time Real Estate Investors and Developers, IT’s management team possesses a combined 40+ years of acquisition, management, and renovation experience in the residential, multifamily & commercial Real Estate industry. They have been principals in and/or have directed over 400 combined transactions completed, with values totaling well in excess of $150MM, in Michigan and the Jacksonville Florida markets.
John Ivezaj
The Co-Founder and Partner of the firm is John Ivezaj, a lifelong resident of greater Detroit and 2nd generation Investor who was literally raised in the real estate and construction business. John own’s and operates Michigan Recon Inc., a real estate investment and property management company which is also based in Pontiac Michigan.
Over the course of his real estate investment career, John has bought and sold over 500 houses in the greater Detroit area & currently holds over 100 single family rentals in his portfolio. John has also bought and sold several multifamily and commercial properties throughout Southeast Michigan and currently has 500+ multifamily units in his portfolio as well as other commercial property.
John firmly believes that a company should always strive to value and empower its employees in being the best that they can be. John and Ryan started IT Investments with that philosophy as a core company value. John has always optimized his employee’s full potential and makes sure that they are determined to do great things. John strongly believes that true wealth is the kind that delivers a greater good for both our investors and the communities in which we invest.
Ryan Tower
Ryan Tower, IT Investment’s Co-Founder and Partner, was born in Flint, Michigan, and is a Michigan State University Business School graduate. Mr. Tower brings many years of expertise in both Management and real estate investment to the IT Investment’s Team dynamic. He began his professional career in 1995 while attending Michigan State University, where he majored in general business administration along with a double minor in finance and English. During that time, he also took an Assistant Manager position with a nationally-recognized franchise, quickly moving up the ranks to later become a District Manager.
After graduation, Ryan became a full-time real estate investor in mid-2007, forming his own successful real estate investment company. His uncanny ability to develop relationships steered him toward luxury home short sales as well as bank-owned real estate, where he purchased and sold over 100 single family residential REO and short sale properties over the span of two years. As of 2019, Ryan has bought and sold over 500 homes.
In early 2009, Ryan expanded his emphasis into commercial real estate, and shortly thereafter was recruited as a Project Manager by Pinnacle Commercial Group. During his brief time at that position, Ryan evaluated and underwrote over 500 of Pinnacle’s acquisition prospects and was able to diversify himself into several crucial roles including acquisitions management, project sales, marketing, broker relations, buyer/investor relations, technological development and innovation, website design and others. In early 2010, he moved into the role of Director of Corporate Dispositions where he was responsible for the ongoing sales and marketing process for the firm. In 2011, Ryan founded Genesis Commercial Investments, a consulting company where he managed the successful negotiation and acquisition of over 35 Commercial assets.
In 2017 Ryan formed 810 Home Buyers, a successful home buying company based in Linden, Michigan. In 2018, through 810 Home Buyers, Ryan sold investment property to Mr. John Ivezaj, IT Investment’s Co-Founder and Partner and the two immediately understood the possibilities of working together in Commercial Real Estate. In 2019 Ryan and John launched IT Investments and have been aggressively adding to their Multifamily, Commercial and Single Family Real Estate portfolio.
Our other Team Members have very active and extensive Real Estate backgrounds as well, being some of the top members in their fields in Sales, Marketing or Financing. While other real estate investment companies or individual investors may appear to be alike, it’s the extensive background and expertise which places the IT Investments Team head and shoulders above the rest of the field.
